Can I modify or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can change your delivery address, as well as cancel one or more items or even your entire order.

If you wish to cancel an order, simply send an email to our customer service ( contact@artandtoys.com ) and they will do it.

It is possible to add items to a pre-existing order by contacting us via our email contact@artandtoys.com . We will send you a paypal invoice to pay the excess.

Is it possible to order a format other than those offered?

If you cannot find the format you want, send us an email to our address contact@artandtoys.com and we will do everything possible to make your dream come true.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The vast majority of our items are made to order, so they all have different production times that will affect your delivery. However, these times are all included in the delivery forecasts given when ordering your item. Once the order has been placed, delivery times can take up to 10 working days depending on the items ordered.

My order is damaged. What to do ?

If you have received a damaged package or item, do not hesitate for a second: contact our customer service by email ( contact@artandtoys.com ). Tell us in what condition your order arrived and send us one or two photos of the damage noted. A photo of the package would be very useful to us, so that we can avoid this kind of inconvenience in the future.

Can I return my items?

At ArtAndToys, you have every right to change your mind. This is why the vast majority of our products can be returned to us at your expense within 30 days of receipt of your delivery.


Note that returned items must be in their original box. Limited editions (Art Print) created especially for you cannot be returned to us.
