Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can change your shipping address and canceling one or more items or even your entire order.

If you wish to cancel an order, just send an email to our customer service (contact@artandtoys.com) and they will do the necessary.

You can add items to a pre-existing order by contacting us through our email contact@artandtoys.com. We will send you a paypal invoice to settle the remainder.

Is it possible to order a format other than those proposed?

If you can not find the size you want, send us an email on our contact@artandtoys.com address and we will do everything possible to fulfill your dream.

How soon will I receive my order?

The vast majority of our items are created on demand: so they all production times that are different and that will affect your delivery. However, these deadlines are all included in the forecast data delivery when ordering your article. Once the order is placed, delivery can take up to 10 days depending on the item ordered.

My order is damaged. What to do ?

If you received a damaged package or article, do not hesitate one second: contact our customer service by email (contact@artandtoys.com). Let us know what state your order arrived and send us a photo or two of observed damage. A photo of the package would be very helpful, so that we can prevent this from happening in the future.

Can I return my items?
At ArtAndToys, you're quite right to change his mind. This is why the vast majority of our products can be returned free of charge within 30 days after receipt of your delivery.

Note that the returned items must be in their original box. Limited editions (Art Print) created especially for you we can not be returned.
